PREFACE
All Conveyors look the same at first time they are installed. The complains start after the system runs for sometime. This is the time when the merit of a manufacturer is being tested. Some good manufacturers respond quickly to the problem, some others are quick at finding excuses to escape the responsibility.
At CAHAYA ABADI SAKTI, we go through all the problems and correct them clean before we ship the system. This non-traditional commitment earns us a special position in our customer’s satisfactory lists.
Another way to keep our customers happy is by asking the same questions at every stage of works: ‘If we were the customer, will we like what we are doing now?’ We believe that by positioning ourselves in the customer side, we produce slightly better conveyors.
We are still a true believer of the popular motto of keeping customers happy, the QCD factor, which are the Quality job, reasonable at Cost and timely Delivery, but we are also employing an extra step in our profession, namely those little actions which equate us with the word Dedication.
