Some good manufacturers respond quickly to the problem, some others are quick at finding excuses to escape the responsibility.

At CAHAYA ABADI SAKTI, we go through all the problems and correct them clean before we ship the system. This non-traditional commitment earns us a special position in our customer’s satisfactory lists.

Another way to keep our customers happy is by asking the same questions at every stage of works: ‘If we were the customer, will we like what we are doing now?’ We believe that by positioning ourselves in the customer side, we produce slightly better conveyors.
